I also request a detailed report outlining the steps already taken and those planned to address and rectify these issues, including but not limited to ensuring accountability for any actions that have compromised both the integrity of your department and the civil rights of those involved. The failure to address these systemic issues not only furthers the harm inflicted upon individuals like myself but also erodes community confidence in the institution of law enforcement.
